What kind of yard cards, signs, announcements and critters do you have?

We have signs and critters for all occasions. Please view our Yard Card page for images of some of the signs we have to offer.

I am looking for a specific sign or specific wording to go with the critters you have, but I do not see it listed as an option on your website.

We can usually accommodate any need you have. If you have specific wording you would like to use, please contact us and we will see what we can do. If there is a sign or critter display that you have in mind, but don't see on the web, let us know because it may be a sign that we have not put online yet or one that we are ordering. In some cases, we may also be able to custom order signs. Please note, however, that custom orders may take up to 2 weeks.

How far will you deliver the Yard Cards to?

We have details on our delivery area on our Service Area page. If you do not see your location, contact us by e-mail or call us at 608.239.1397 for a price quote as there are many other areas we will deliver to for an additional delivery fee.

Do I need to reserve my Yard Card?

No, a reservation is not necessary! However, we encourage you to make a reservation if you have a specific yard announcement or surprise in mind since someone else may be using the yard card you want when you need it! We will make reservations for signs and critters up to 2 weeks in advance.  If you need to cancel, it must be done within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery in order to receive a refund. 

Since it is hard to make an accurate reservation for a sign to announce the birth of a new baby, how long will it take to deliver the Yard Card once I call and let you know the baby is born?

We make every effort to deliver the storks within 48 hours of notice that you are ready for it.  Our goal is to have the sign in place before the mother arrives home from the hospital.

How much does it cost to rent a Yard Card?

Prices vary on the sign and the number of signs involved. Please see our pricing sheet for more details.

Do I send payment now or after my Yard Card is delivered?

Payment is due when you make your reservation. We will send you an invoice when you reserve your Yard Card and payment is due prior to the date of delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, money orders, and personal checks.  If using a personal check, we must receive the payment 1 week in advance. For your convenience, we now also accept cash and credit card payments through PayPal for an additional $3.00 fee.

How can I pay you if I didn't reserve a Yard Card?

If you are reserving a Yard Card to be delivered to your home, payment will be collected upon delivery.  If you are reserving a Yard Card to be placed in someone else’s yard, you must make arrangements to pay upon or prior to delivery.

Can I place my order online on your website?

Yes, if you would like to reserve a Yard Card just send us an email with your request and we will contact you.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding Yard Card options, delivery, etc. or if you have any special requests.  We will do our best to make sure your needs are met.

Do you deliver all year long?

Yes, we deliver throughout the year, excluding national holidays, extreme weather conditions or events that are deemed necessary.  If there is some reason why we cannot deliver as promised, we will contact you to reschedule or refund your money.

What should I do if a display is damaged, needs to be moved, or removed?

Please contact us immediately at 608.239.1397 and we will remove the display. The payor will be responsible for any damages to the display, if the recipient is not happy with the Yard Card or its placement.
